Describe your dream chocolate bar.

Actually, I don’t have to dream it up anymore. It already exists! But living in another country, it is just hard to get.

I am talking about the Finnish chocolate, which is produced by Fazer, and they have been making it since 1922, and the recipe is still the same.

What makes this chocolate so special to me is the taste. It is not overly sweet, like many Swedish or English chocolates, and there is no bitterness even though it contains a minimum of 30% cocoa. The balance matters. And now I crave for it!
