Some time ago I was waiting to board a plane, and whilst waiting for the queue to move, passengers from another plane disembarked. Amongst them, across the glass wall separating departing passengers from the arriving ones, I spotted a gay couple, and their quick kiss made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
The kiss was a quick one. It lasted maybe a second, maybe two. But there seemed to be that time slows down -effect in place. And thr kiss conveyed it all; I love you, we’re finally here, on holiday, it’s our holiday together… Everything packed in those few seconds whilst on the aerobrigde to Malaga. Just one those kisses that any couple gives each other when they are simply happy about something.
Maybe it was because it was a gay couple that it it affected me. I went all aww and smiled as my queue started to move. The guys went for their holiday, and I journeyed back to Finland from sunny Spain.
